Dashboards
White-label dashboards for agencies
Not ad reporting. The whole business on one screen — wherever the numbers actually live.
It answers the renewal question
A client who can see what your work produced does not need persuading at renewal. That is what a dashboard is for, and why it defends a retainer better than a monthly PDF.
Wherever the data lives
Ad accounts, CRMs, call tracking, sales systems, and the spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. The awkward source is usually the one that matters.
Two sizes
A client-facing dashboard is a few hundred dollars wholesale. A command centre across a whole agency is a project. Both are on the rate card.
What It Costs You
Wholesale, in US dollars. What you charge your client on top is yours to set, and every figure is fixed to your account for two years from your first job.
Client Dashboard
$413About a week
Give every client a login of their own, with your name over the door.
Agency Command Center
$13,7962–3 weeks
Agencies finished renting reporting software by the seat.
Platform Management
$690/moFor Command Center owners. Never required — the platform is yours regardless; this is only us running it.
Dashboard Care
$134/moNothing announces itself when a dashboard dies — a token lapses, an API moves. This is the standing watch.
When this isn't the right call
The client only wants their ad numbers in one place. Looker Studio does that for nothing and we will tell you so rather than sell you a build you cannot mark up.
How It Runs
Brief, scope, build, review, handover.
You send the brief. We write it back as a single page with a fixed price and a date, and you sign that off before anything starts. Then it gets built in the browser on a real URL, reviewed, and handed over under your name. The whole process, in order.
Straight Answers
- Is this just a Looker Studio template?
- No. That is the thing this is explicitly not. If a free tool covers the job we will say so — this exists for the cases where the data is scattered across systems that were never meant to talk.
- Does it update on its own?
- That is the intent, and it depends on what the sources allow. Some systems offer a clean API; some need a scheduled pull. We work out which during scoping and say so before you quote.
- Can my client log into it?
- Yes — under your branding. It is your dashboard as far as they are concerned.
