Building under the names of agencies across United States.
We are a build team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Agencies in the United States send us briefs and we deliver the work under their name — websites, dashboards, integrations and custom software, at a published wholesale price.
What you are invoiced in
Our rate card is published in US dollars and that is what you are invoiced in. It is a wholesale price — what you charge your client on top is yours to set, and every figure is fixed to your account for two years from your first job.
Data protection
State-level privacy laws, with California's CCPA/CPRA the strictest. No single federal equivalent of GDPR.
Contracting
Contracts are commonly governed by the law of a named state. We will agree the governing law in the Partner Agreement before any work starts.
Your clients
Never ours. We don't approach them, we don't appear on the work, and we don't take them on directly — that is written into the mutual NDA, not just promised on a page.
