Custom Builds
White-label custom software for agencies
For the jobs nothing off the shelf will cover: an application, a CRM, or business intelligence built to one client's shape and owned outright.
Priced per project, deliberately
There is no tier for this because there is no typical one. You get a fixed number after scoping, not a rate that runs while everybody discovers what they wanted.
Owned outright
On full payment the client owns what we built for them. We keep the general tooling we bring to every job, and you get a perpetual licence to whatever of it is embedded.
The scope is the product
Most custom projects fail on ambiguity rather than on code. The one-page scope you sign off before anything starts is the part that saves the margin.
What It Costs You
Wholesale, in US dollars. What you charge your client on top is yours to set, and every figure is fixed to your account for two years from your first job.
Custom Apps
Custom quoteQuoted per project
Founders shipping an MVP, a bespoke workflow, or tooling for their own staff.
Custom CRMs
Custom quoteQuoted per project
Teams whose pipeline stopped fitting anything you can buy ready-made.
Custom BI Dashboards
Custom quoteQuoted per project
Owners tired of opening six tabs to find out how the month is going.
When this isn't the right call
The deadline is a fortnight or the budget is a website budget. Custom work is two to three weeks at its fastest and usually longer, and a project starved of either is one we would rather decline than deliver badly.
How It Runs
Brief, scope, build, review, handover.
You send the brief. We write it back as a single page with a fixed price and a date, and you sign that off before anything starts. Then it gets built in the browser on a real URL, reviewed, and handed over under your name. The whole process, in order.
Straight Answers
- How do I quote this to my client before you've scoped it?
- You don't. Bring us the brief first — we come back with scope, a price and a date, and then you mark it up. Quoting before scoping is how agencies lose money on custom work.
- What if the client wants to keep developing it later?
- They own it, so they can. We hand over the code and the documentation. Whether they come back to us is then a decision they make on merit.
- Can you take over something half-built by someone else?
- Sometimes. It depends entirely on what is there. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether continuing is cheaper than restarting.
