When this isn't the right call
You want to do the maintenance yourself and only need somewhere to host. Take the hosting line on its own and skip the rest — paying us for care you intend to perform is a waste of your money.
How It Runs
Brief, scope, build, review, handover.
You send the brief. We write it back as a single page with a fixed price and a date, and you sign that off before anything starts. Then it gets built in the browser on a real URL, reviewed, and handed over under your name. The whole process, in order.
Straight Answers
- Can you look after a site you didn't build?
- Usually, but it depends what is underneath it. Send us the URL and what it is built on and we will tell you plainly before you quote your client.
- Do I have to sell it as a care plan?
- No. Most partners fold it into a larger retainer and never itemise it. What you call it and what you charge is entirely yours.
- What happens if we cancel?
- Thirty days' notice and it ends. If we host the site, you get the files — nothing is held to force a renewal.
