White-label AI work, counted in hours not hype

We find where AI actually earns its keep in a client's business, build the parts that pay for themselves, and write down honestly what it did.

It starts with a process, not a model

The question is which repetitive thing in the business costs real hours. If nothing does, there is nothing here worth selling and we will say so.

Three workflows, in production

Not a pilot, not a demo. The workflow build ships things that run, at a fixed wholesale price with a delivery window.

A written account of what it saved

So you can renew the conversation with a number rather than a feeling, and so your client can tell their board something specific.

What It Costs You

Wholesale, in US dollars. What you charge your client on top is yours to set, and every figure is fixed to your account for two years from your first job.

When this isn't the right call

The client wants AI because it is on their competitor's homepage. Without a process that costs measurable hours there is no return to point at, and a build with no return is the one that ends the relationship.

How It Runs

Brief, scope, build, review, handover.

You send the brief. We write it back as a single page with a fixed price and a date, and you sign that off before anything starts. Then it gets built in the browser on a real URL, reviewed, and handed over under your name. The whole process, in order.

Straight Answers

Does our client's data train a public model?
No. That is written into the Partner Agreement, not just promised here — confidential material does not go into anything that would use it for training.
Do you use AI on the builds themselves?
Yes, and we say so openly on our homepage. It handles the repetitive code. Every screen, flow and rule is designed and reviewed by a person who answers for it.
What if it turns out AI isn't the answer?
Then we tell you that during scoping, before anyone has spent anything. A build we knew would not pay back is worse for us than no build at all.
