Building under the names of agencies across Australia & NZ.
We are a build team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Agencies in Australia and New Zealand send us briefs and we deliver the work under their name — websites, dashboards, integrations and custom software, at a published wholesale price.
What you are invoiced in
Our rate card is published in US dollars. Your bank converts at whatever rate applies on the day you pay. It is a wholesale price — what you charge your client on top is yours to set, and every figure is fixed to your account for two years from your first job.
Data protection
The Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles; New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.
Contracting
The practical question here is working hours, not law — see the overlap on each city page.
Your clients
Never ours. We don't approach them, we don't appear on the work, and we don't take them on directly — that is written into the mutual NDA, not just promised on a page.
The Clock
Our working days barely meet.
Your 9am in Sydney is 4pm in Milwaukee, and our 9am is 2am where you are. That is thin, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. It works because the scope is written down and signed off before anything starts, so a day of ours is a day of progress rather than a day spent waiting on an answer.
That figure moves across the year, because Sydney and Milwaukee do not change their clocks on the same dates. The range is given rather than the flattering end of it.
We are not in Australia & NZ.
There is no office there and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and we work with agencies in Australia and New Zealand the same way we work with everyone: a written scope, a fixed price from a published rate card, a date you can repeat to your client, and the work delivered under your name.
